Team Training Half Session

Service Description

Half-Sessions are included in our Team Training Month and Team Training Plus packages and are designed to complement your full Team Training sessions. These shorter, focused sessions give you and your dog more opportunities to practice together without needing a full hour every time. They’re especially useful for skills that improve through frequent, real-time repetition, like leash handling, structured walks, greetings, settling, or “place.” Your full Team Training sessions give us time to introduce skills, troubleshoot bigger-picture challenges, and adjust your plan; Half Sessions help turn that work into a rhythm. Think of them as “in the field” training: • Going on multiple walks together to dial in leash skills • Practicing the same setup a few times in a week to build confidence and clarity • Getting quick feedback before small problems turn into frustrating habits • Practicing a new skill with Linus there to adjust your timing, handling, or setup in the moment Because Half-Sessions are short and targeted, they work best as part of an established training plan rather than as standalone appointments. Our approach stays the same, just more concentrated: • Hands-on coaching in the exact moments you need it • Focused repetition on one skill or scenario • Small adjustments that add up over time • Reinforcement of clear, consistent communication between you and your dog Half Sessions are built into Team Training Month and Team Training Plus plans to give you more frequent support between full sessions, and help you keep making progress in the parts of everyday life where practice matters most.
